Earlier this year i was asked to shoot a look book for a client of my stylist Dolly Grainger. The brand is a very vibrant and quirky company based in Lymington on the south coast of UK.They provided us with a range of sunglasses and jewellery to shoot and we set about creating something that would represent their brand effectively. We drafted in two models, one blonde and one brunette. The two models chosen worked fantastically and created a great contrast to each other.We had the lovely Zoe from Soda Beauty and Blow Dry bar on hand to do the hair and make-up. Not to mention the stunning styling skills of Dolly Grainger.We wanted images to match the quirky nature of the products so I elected for some bright coloured backdrops. These really made the images pop and with the products and styling the result is a really eye catching look book.We were able to show off certain pieces with very minimal input from the models by using some carefully selected props. The two that worked the best were a fully edged vintage phone and a pineapple.
