I was contacted a week or so ago by Roxie, a makeup artists who I work with fairly regularly. She knew somebody who was interested in getting into glamour modelling, and so put us in touch to see if we could set up a Glamour Model Portfolio shoot.
After chatting with Lucy for a short period, we came up with a plan to set up a couple of shoots so she could give it a go and see if she enjoyed it. We arranged to shoot at a local beach, hopefully on a nice day. However as we know the British weather is not terribly reliable.
I picked Roxie and Lucy up on Tuesday and we headed to the beach, it was quite warm but overcast and windy. We went quite late in the afternoon and when we arrived there was very few people on the beach. Ideal for a first time model on any kind of shoot!
As usual Roxie doubled as a stylist for the shoot and excelled, albeit that she didn’t have to style her with much in the way of clothes. We shot with a few different outfits in a couple different parts of the beach. These are some of my favourites from the shoot:
