What Alice Found Vintage

End of the World for Vintage Fashion…

Gotcha! Its not the end at all, just a funky shoot I did with Vintage Boutique, What Alice Found who are based in Pokesdown, Bournemouth. I got chatting to the owner, Nicki Grainer, about doing a shoot for the boutique that was a bit out of the ordinary for Vintage shops. She wanted something a bit darker and twisted, so hatched a plan to shoot something along a story that featured two women who had survied the apocolypse. They had done so in some of the finest vintage clothing available, and then gone slightly twisted, feral and tribal.

Location for this shoot was an old RAF base that is now used for various different uses, the buildings we were using are used by various special military forces for room clearance exercises. They were pretty run down and quite twisted, so ideal for what we wanted. There was some random artifacts floating around like a really dirty old teddy, which just added to the freakiness!

We had two models; Alexandra Paraschiv and Tammy Lall who were both very professional given the location and enviroment we were working in, they had no problems climbing onto things, sitting in lots of dirty places, and once in-situ gave us a great variation of poses. Anyway thats enough of me waffling on, here are some of my favourite images from the shoot. Also check out the video that Plato Video created which is pretty creepy, shot on Cinefilm.
