This is a shoot I did quite a while ago, I’ve only now had time to start blogging about it. This was with newbe model Georgina, she is more used to being behind the camera than infront of it. For this shoot I went over to where she lived on the outskirts of Southampton. It was a miserable day, but thankfully managed to not rain for once. On arriving Georgina was pretty much ready to go, so after a quick conversation about outfits we ventured out into the afternoon gloom.
We shot down an alley way near her house, which had garages and brick walls aplenty. I sometimes like these shoots as you never know what you are going to find in terms of location. Where the weather was so poor and it was nothing but cloud, it presented me with a very flat light which worked well with the surroundings. We used a red garage door, and various different walls as backdrops.
After shooting outside in the cold, we ventured back into her house. She wanted to shoot some underwear shots so we used the natural light available in a bedroom.
